a. Licensee may use the Deliverables only for Licensee's own personal use (i.e., not for resale, redistribution, use in a service bureau environment, or to be installed on a companywide server) on one single computer.
b. Licensee may not transfer deliverables to any hardware owned by a third party, except for temporary transfer in the event of computer malfunction.  Assignment, time-sharing, lending or leasing, or rental of the deliverable(s) are prohibited.
c. Licensee may make one (1) copy of the digital Deliverables for archival purposes during the term of this Agreement.
d. Licensee may not distribute, display or post the Deliverables, reports, maps, or other output on the Internet without the prior, written permission of New Urban Research, Inc. and ESRI.
e. Reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or duplication of data is prohibited.
f. New Urban Research, Inc. (the parent company of www.primarydatasource.com) nor ESRI are not liable for any damages or loss of any kind, whether special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use of deliverables.
g. Licensees are required at the termination of this agreement, to certify in writing to New Urban Research, Inc. that it has discontinued use and has destroyed or will return to New Urban Research all copies of deliverables.
h. Licensees must comply fully with all relevant export laws and regulations of the United States to assure that the deliverables, or any direct product thereof, is not exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of United States law.
i. Licensees are prohibited from the removal or obscuring of any copyright, trademark notice, or restrictive legend.
j. If the United States Government is the Licensee, the deliverables must be provided as a "Commercial Item" and in no event shall the Government acquire greater then Restricted/Limited Rights as provided in FAR 52.227-19 (June 1987), FAR 52.227-14 (ALT III) (June 1987), DFARS 252.227-7015 (November 1995), NFS 1852.227-86 (December 1987), or equivalent as applicable.
k. Data may not be appended to address records of any kind without prior written permission from New Urban Research, Inc.
